This webinar will introduce research students to the inner-workings of two leading academic journals in the field of human rights. Professor Damien Short and Dr Corinne Lennox, Co-Directors of the SAS Human Rights Consortium, will also answer questions on how to approach the submission of articles, the review process and other ways to enhance dissemination of your journal publications.

Professor Damien Short is Co-Director of the Human Rights Consortium (HRC) and a Professor of Human Rights and Environmental Justice at the School of Advanced Study, University of London. He is Editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Human Rights (Taylor and Francis) and convenor of the British Sociological Association’s Sociology of Rights Study Group and an active member of the International Network of Genocide Scholars.
Dr Corinne Lennox is Co-Director of the Human Rights Consortium (HRC) and a Senior Lecturer in Human Rights at the School of Advanced Study, University of London. She is Co-Editor of the Journal of Human Rights Practice (Oxford University Press), member of the steering committee of the Minority Rights Solidarity Network, Chair of the Dalit Solidarity Network UK, and a member of the Technical Advisory Group of the Global Centre for Pluralism.
